The athletic training staff including student workers is committed to providing our intercollegiate student athletes with the best possible health care. It is the responsibility of the student athlete to report all physical injuries as well as mental health concerns anxiety depression etc to the at staff as soon as they occur. Athletes must have a completed bu physical and medical insurance form on file with the athletic trainers prior to any sport participation. Proper behavior attire and language will be required at all times. No one is permitted in the training room without the supervision or permission of a staff athletic trainer. Failure to follow these standards will result in removal from the athletic training room.

Only varsity athletes will be treated in the athletic training room. The athletic training facility atf is a medical facility. Chisholm trail high school athletic training room rules. No food drink or tobacco products will be permitted in the athletic training room.

No lounging loitering or swearing is allowed in the athletic training room. Athletic tape and pre wrap are not to be used for sports equipment or personal use ie. No club or intramural sports. The athletic training room is a medical facility and should be treated as such.
